Age limit

18-41. i.e candidates born between 2.1.1979 and 1.1.2002 (both dates included) only are eligible to apply for this post. (For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years, please see para (2) of the General Conditions under Part II of this Notification.) Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Must have completed the course of study for Secondary School Leaving Certificate. Technical Qualifications: • Ability to ride bicycle shall be an essential qualification in the case of male candidates. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Part II Rule 10(a)ii of KS&SSR regarding qualification is applicable for this selection. Those candidates who have claimed equivalency for qualifications should produce the Government order proving the same at the time of certificate verification in order to consider as equivalent.
General conditions from the notification
Every person appointed by direct recruitment on the above post shall from the date on which he/she joins duty be on probation for a total period of one year on duty within a continuous period of three years. Written/OMR/Online Test confirmation is required.
