Educational Qualifications: • Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management • MSW/MBA with specialisation in HR /Personnel Management from a recognized university Experience Required: 3 (Three) Years Experience as personnel Executive in a reputed Organization Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for this selection.
