Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Part Time Junior Language Teacher (Arabic) - LPS in Education. Category No: 409/2016 & 410/2016. Vacancies: District wise: Palakkad (2), Wayanad (1), Kozhikkode (1) for Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava; Malappuram (1) for O.X. Scale of Pay: 18,000-41,500/- (Revised). Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava and O.X communities only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 14-12-2016 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18 – 43 (Born between 02.01.1973 and 01.01.1998); 18 – 45 for O.X candidates converted to Christianity from SC after age 18 (Born between 02.01.1971 and 01.01.1998). Upper age limit after relaxation shall not exceed 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • A title of oriental learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala with Arabic under Part I and II first language. • A pass in SSLC examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent AND a pass in Arabic Munshi Examination (Higher) conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examination, Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • A pass in Arabic Munshi Examination (Lower) conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • A pass in Arabic Teachers Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • A pass in Arabic Entrance Examination of the Kerala / Calicut Universities. Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a(ii) of Part II of KS&SSR will be applicable for this post.
