Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Part Time Junior Language Teacher (Arabic) - LPS in Education. Category No: 405/2016. Vacancies: District wise: Idukki – Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava – 1 (One). Scale of Pay: 18,000-41,500/- (Revised). Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava communities only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 14-12-2016 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18 – 43. Only candidates born between 02.01.1973 and 01.01.1998 (both dates included) are eligible to apply (including relaxation as per Para 2 (i) of General Conditions). Upper age limit after relaxation shall not exceed 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • A title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala with Arabic under Part I and II first language. • A pass in SSLC examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent AND a pass in Arabic Munshi Examination (Higher) conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examination, Kerala. • A pass in Arabic Munshi Examination (Lower) conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • A pass in Arabic Teachers Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • A pass in Arabic Entrance Examination of the Kerala / Calicut Universities. Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a(ii) of Part II KS&SSR will be applicable for this post.

General conditions from the notification
Selection is on a revenue district basis. Candidates advised for appointment are not eligible for transfer to another district until they complete five years of continuous service. Candidates already in Government service holding this post in any one district are prohibited from applying again. Detailed general conditions are provided in Part II of the notification.
