Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Part Time Junior Language Teacher (Arabic)-LPS in Education. Category No: 377/2018. Vacancies: District wise: Palakkad – Scheduled Tribe - 01 (One). Scale of Pay: 18,000-41,500/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From Scheduled Tribe community only. In the absence of Scheduled Tribe candidates, the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Community will be considered).. Applications must be submitted online on or before 30-01-2019 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Degree in Arabic conferred or recognised by the Universities in Kerala. • A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • A Pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala with Arabic under Part I and II first Language. • A Pass in SSLC examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent AND a pass in Arabic Munshi Examination (Higher) OR Arabic Munshi Examination (Lower) OR Arabic Teachers Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala OR a pass in Arabic Entrance Examination of the Kerala/Calicut Universities. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of KS & SSR will be applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce relevant Government orders during verification. Candidates who have qualified CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil./Ph.D./M.Ed. in the respective subjects are exempted from acquiring TET.

General conditions from the notification
Selection is on a revenue district basis. Candidates advised for appointment are not eligible for transfer to another district. Candidates already in Government service holding this post in any one district are prohibited from applying again. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile if a written/OMR/Online test is conducted.
