Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Part Time High School Teacher (Arabic) in Education. Category No: 049/2023. Vacancies: District wise - Kannur: Scheduled Caste - 02 (Two). Scale of Pay: ₹ 26,500 – 60,700/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from among Scheduled Caste candidates only. In the absence of Scheduled Caste candidates, applications from Scheduled Tribe candidates will also be considered). Applications must be submitted online on or before 31-05-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arabic or a Degree with Arabic as one of the optional subjects under Part III and B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR • A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic (if it has been declared by the Universities in Kerala as equivalent to Part III of a Degree) and Language Teacher's Training Certificate issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • OR • B.A (Arabic & Islamic History) Double Main Degree awarded by the University of Calicut. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by Government of Kerala. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Government Orders regarding equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced when required by the Commission.

Applications submitted in violation of general conditions will be summarily rejected. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. Disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of KPSC Rules of Procedure will be taken for false claims.
