Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Part Time High School Assistant (Arabic) in Education. Category No: 271/2016. Vacancies: District wise: Scheduled Caste - Wayanad – 1 (One). Scale of Pay: 9,940 – 16,580/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Community only). In the absence of Scheduled Caste candidates the applications of Scheduled Tribe candidates will be considered.. Applications must be submitted online on or before 05-10-2016 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Degree in Arabic or a Degree with Arabic as one of the optional subjects under pattern II of Part (III) and B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognized by the universities in Kerala. • A title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala (if such title has been declared as equivalent to Part III of Degree) and Certificate in Language Teacher's Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Post Graduates in Arabic are also eligible to apply if they possess B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognized by the universities in Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • B.Ed should be in the concerned language. Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR will be applicable.

General conditions from the notification
Selection is on a Revenue District basis. Candidates advised for appointment are not eligible for transfer to another district until 5 years of continuous service. Candidates already in Government Service holding the same post in any one district are prohibited from applying again.
