Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Overseer/Draftsman Grade II (Electrical) in Public Works / Irrigation. Category No: 198/2020. Vacancies: 4 (Four). Scale of Pay: Rs.26500-56700/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 23-12-2020 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

19-37; Candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Usual age relaxation is applicable to SC/ST, Other Backward Communities, and Widows. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • SSLC or equivalent • Diploma in Electrical Engineering after 3 years of study from a recognized institution Technical Qualifications: • In the absence of the above, Electrical Engineering Certificate after 2 years of study from a Government recognized Technical School, plus 5 years of experience in the Kerala State Electricity Board or any other Government recognized Electricity establishment (Experience must be acquired after acquiring the prescribed qualification) Experience Required: 5 years of experience required only for those holding the 2-year certificate in the absence of Diploma holders. Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Government Certificate Examination in Electrical Engineering (2-year course) is considered equivalent to the Diploma.
