Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Overseer Grade III in Public Works Department. Category No: 336/2019. Vacancies: SC/ST - 82, ST - 01. Scale of Pay: 19000-43600/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes & Scheduled Tribes only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 15-01-2020 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-41. Only candidates born between 02.01.1978 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible. In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit, the upper age limit shall be relaxed up to 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in SSLC examination or its equivalent Technical Qualifications: • Lower Grade Drawing Group Certificate KGTE or equivalent • Second Grade Certificates secured by Draftsman (civil) Trainees under T.T Scheme, College of Engineering or under Industrial Training Centre conducted by the Ministry of Labour Govt. of India, after a course of 18 months • Building Drawing and Estimating (Higher or Lower) KGTE or equivalent and any two of the other Civil Engineering Subjects under KGTE or equivalent • Diploma in Civil Engineering (2 years course) of the women polytechnic of the State • Diploma in Agriculture and Rural Engineering given by the Rural Institute, Thavanur • Vocational Higher Secondary Course Certificate in Draftsmanship and Quantity Surveying • Vocational Higher Secondary Course Certificate in Building Technology Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the relevant Government Order at the time of verification.
