Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Overseer Gr-III/Work Superintendent Grade-II in Kerala Land Development Corporation Ltd.. Category No: 37/2020. Vacancies: 44. Scale of Pay: Rs. 9940-16580. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 09-09-2020 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-36, Only candidates born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in S.S.L.C or equivalent qualification. • Any one of the following qualifications acquired after a pass in S.S.L.C: a) SMT Overseer's course (2yrs course), b) Draftsman course, College of Engineering Guindy, c) Group Certificate under KGTE/MGTE which include all the 4 groups viz Building Drawing, Building construction, Survey & Irrigation. Technical Qualifications: • Alternatively a pass in the following 8 subjects: 1. Survey & Levelling (Higher), 2. Applied Mechanics (Higher), 3. Building Materials & Construction (Higher), 4. Hydraulics & Irrigation (Higher), 5. Building, Drawing and Estimating (Higher), 6. Earth Work & Road Making (Higher), 7. Geometrical Drawing (Lower) or Practical Plane & Solid Geometry (Lower), 8. Mensuration (Lower) • Kerala Government Certificate Examination in Civil Engineering • Successful completion of the Certificate course of college of Engineering, Trivandrum. • National Trade Certificate in Draftsman (Civil) • A pass in the Overseer's course conducted by the Government of Kerala. • Diploma in Civil Engineering (2yrs course) of the Women's Polytechnics of the state. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) ii of Part II KS &SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification.
General conditions from the notification
Sub Paras (v), (viii), (ix), (x), (xi), and (xiii) of para 2 and para 5, 7 of the General Conditions are not applicable to this post. The selection to the above concern will be subject to the rules and regulations made by them from time to time.
