Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Overseer Gr III/ Draftsman Gr III in Local Self Government Department. Category No: 135/2021. Vacancies: Anticipated Vacancies. Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Must have passed SSLC or equivalent Technical Qualifications: • Kerala Government certificate examination (2 year course) in Civil Engineering. • Diploma in Craftsmanship in the trade of Draftsman (Civil) obtained after 18 months course (followed by 6 months practical training) at the Industrial Training Institutes/Centres, conducted by the Government of India, Ministry of Labour. • Diploma (2 years course) in Civil Engineering in Women's Polytechnics. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) ii of Part II KS & SSR applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification.
General conditions from the notification
The candidates selected to the post shall from the date of appointment be on probation for a period of two years within a continuous period of three years. Selection is subject to rules and regulations of the concern. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration Profile if a test is conducted.
