Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Law from a University recognized by the UGC or established by the Government of India or the Government of Kerala, with 2 years of experience in the administrative wing of a Public Sector Undertaking, Registered Private Concern, or Co-operative Institution. • OR • MBA with specialization in Human Resources from a University recognized by the UGC or established by the Government of India or the Government of Kerala, with 2 years of experience in the administrative wing of a Public Sector Undertaking, Registered Private Concern, or Co-operative Institution. Experience Required: 2 years of experience in the administrative wing of a Public Sector Undertaking, Registered Private Concern, or Co-operative Institution as specified in the educational qualifications. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II, KS&SSR is applicable.

Direct Recruitment from qualified regular employees of member societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Marketing Federation Limited.
General conditions from the notification
Part II KS&SSR, Rules 14-17 regarding reservation are applicable. Rule 184 of KCS Rules applies regarding probation. General conditions 2, 5(a), and 7 are not applicable to this post.
