Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Non-Vocational Teacher (Junior) - Mathematics in Kerala Vocational Higher Secondary Education. Category No: 074/2022. Vacancies: Scheduled Tribe - 01 (One) NCA. Scale of Pay: 45600 - 95600/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (For Scheduled Tribe candidates of Kerala State only). In the absence of ST candidates, SC candidates will be considered.. Applications must be submitted online on or before 18-05-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics with not less than 45% marks from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto. • B.Ed. Degree in the concerned subject acquired after regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by a University in Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the State Eligibility Test (SET) for the post of Non-Vocational Teacher conducted by the Government of Kerala or by any agency authorized by the Government of Kerala. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 a(ii) is applicable.

General conditions from the notification
The rank list prepared pursuant to this notification shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for Scheduled Tribes, but unfilled due to paucity of candidates, during the currency of the rank list published on 20.12.2006 for Category No. 13/2005. Probation: Every person appointed to the post shall from the date on which he joins duty be on probation for a total period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years.
