Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Non-Vocational Teacher in Mathematics – By Transfer in Kerala Vocational Higher Secondary Education. Category No: 572/2022. Vacancies: 01 (One). Scale of Pay: 55200-115300/-. Method of Appointment: By Transfer Recruitment from qualified LP School Teacher/UP School Teacher in General Education Subordinate service. Applications must be submitted online on or before 01-02-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Masters Degree in the concerned subject with not less than 50% marks awarded by any of the Universities in Kerala or qualification recognised as equivalent thereto in the respective subject by a University in Kerala. • B.Ed Degree in the concerned subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by a University of Kerala. • In the absence of persons with B.Ed. Degree in the concerned subject, B.Ed. Degree in the concerned faculty as specified in the Acts and Statutes of any of the Universities in Kerala. • In the absence of persons with B.Ed. Degree as specified above, persons with B.Ed. Degree in any subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by any of the Universities in Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the State Eligibility Test (SET) in the concerned subject for the post of Non-Vocational Teacher conducted by Government of Kerala or by the Agency authorized by the State Government. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post shall be sufficient.

Candidates must follow Part II of the Gazette Notification. Probation period is two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Reservation rules (Rule 14 to 17 of Part II KS&SSR 1958) are not applicable to this selection.
