Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Non Vocational Teacher Chemistry (Senior) (Special Recruitment from SC/ST) in Kerala Vocational Higher Secondary Education. Category No: 504/2022. Vacancies: SC/ST - 01(One). Scale of Pay: ₹ 55200 – 115300/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes). Applications must be submitted online on or before 04-01-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Master's Degree in Chemistry with not less than 45% marks awarded by any of the Universities in Kerala or an equivalent qualification. • B.Ed Degree in the concerned subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by a University in Kerala. • In the absence of persons with B.Ed. Degree in the concerned subject, B.Ed. Degree in the concerned faculty as specified in the Acts and Statutes of any of the Universities in Kerala. • In the absence of persons with B.Ed Degree as specified above, persons with B.Ed Degree in any subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or equivalent. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the State Eligibility Test in the concerned subject for the post of Non Vocational Teacher conducted by Government of Kerala or by the agency authorized by the State Government. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for this selection.

General conditions from the notification
The Ranked list published by the Commission shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. Probation period is total period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Paragraphs two, three and twenty five of General Conditions are not applicable.
