Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Documentation from a recognized University. • Diploma in Medical Records Science awarded by Sree Chitra Thirunal Institute for Medical Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram. • In their absence of the above, Pre-Degree / Higher Secondary / Plus Two or equivalent qualification with training in Medical records Keeping for one year from a recognized Medical College. Experience Required: Not specified, but training in Medical records Keeping for one year is required for those without the primary degree/diploma. Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable.
