Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Junior Public Health Nurse Gr-II in Health Services. Category No: 519/2017. Vacancies: Districtwise: Idukki – LC/AI – 01 (One). Scale of Pay: 22,200-48,000/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to LC/AI community only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 03-01-2018 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-44. Only candidates born between 02.01.1973 and 01.01.1999 (both dates included) are eligible. Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years including relaxations. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Pass in SSLC or its equivalent qualification. • In the absence of candidates possessing the General qualification, viz, SSLC pass, candidates who have completed SSLC Course (SSLC failed Candidates) will also be considered. Technical Qualifications: • Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Certificate (Revised Course of 18 months duration) issued by the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council. • OR Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Certificate/Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Certificate (Revised Course) issued by an authority recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. • OR Health Workers Training Certificate issued by the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council. • Registration with the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council. Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a(ii) of KS&SSR Part II is applicable for selection to this post.

Selection is on a Revenue District basis subject to GO(Ms) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. Candidates advised are not eligible for transfer for 5 years. Differently Abled candidates are not eligible.
