Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Junior Instructor (Interior Decoration and Designing) in Industrial Training Department. Category No: 357/2019. Vacancies: NCA- LC/AI- 01 (One). Scale of Pay: 26500 – 56700/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Only candidates belonging to the reservation group mentioned in this notification). Age limit

19-47. Only candidates born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.2000 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for the post, (For conditions regarding the age relaxation please see Part II Para 2 of the General Condition except Para 2(i)). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • S.S.L.C or its equivalent qualification. Technical Qualifications: • National Trade Certificate in the appropriate trade with three years experience in the trade after obtaining the certificate. • National Apprenticeship Certificate in the appropriate trade with one year experience in the trade after obtaining the certificate. • Diploma in the appropriate branch of Engineering from a Government or Government Recognized polytechnic or its equivalent qualification. Experience Required: 3 years experience in the trade after obtaining the certificate (for NTC) or 1 year experience (for NAC). The experience gained by a Workshop Attender can also be deemed to be qualifying experience. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification.

General conditions from the notification
Every person appointed to this post shall, from the date on which joins duty, be on probation for a total period of two years of duty within a continuous period of three years. Candidates must see the General conditions in part II of the Gazette Notification.
