Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • S.S.L.C or its equivalent qualification. Technical Qualifications: • National Trade Certificate in the appropriate trade with three years experience in the trade after obtaining the certificate. • National Apprenticeship Certificate in the appropriate trade with one year experience after obtaining the certificate. • Diploma in the appropriate branch of Engineering from a Government or Government Recognized polytechnic or its equivalent qualification. Experience Required: Three years experience in the trade after obtaining the National Trade Certificate OR one year experience after obtaining the National Apprenticeship Certificate. The experience gained by a Workshop Attender in the trade can also be deemed to be qualifying experience. Candidates belonging to SC/ST shall be exempted from the qualification of Experience. Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the relevant Government Order/equivalency certificate from the competent authority at the time of certificate verification.
General conditions from the notification
Probation: Every person appointed to this post shall, from the date on which he/she joins duty, be on probation for a total period of two years of duty within a continuous period of three years. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile if a written/OMR/Online test is conducted.
