Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of High School Teacher (Mathematics) - Kannada Medium in Education. Category No: 214/2022. Vacancies: District wise: Scheduled Caste - Kasargod-1 (One). Scale of Pay: 41,300-87,000/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste only). Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree with Mathematics or Statistics as Main Subject and B.Ed/B.T in the concerned subjects conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • Post Graduates in Mathematics/Statistics with B.Ed/BT in the concerned subject will also be considered. • B.Sc Ed in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics stream conducted by the Regional Institute of Education, Mysore of NCERT. • Diploma in Rural Service awarded by the National Council for Rural Higher Education (treated as equivalent to Degree). Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. • Exemption from K-TET: Candidates who have qualified CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D in the respective subjects and M.Ed. in any subject are exempted from acquiring TET. • Must have passed SSLC/Plus Two/Pre-Degree with Kannada as I or II Language OR a pass in Degree or Post Graduation in Kannada Language. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce relevant Government orders during verification.
