Method of Appointment: Recruitment by transfer from among the employees who have completed the prescribed service and are working as Clerk/Typist/Attender/Office Attendant in General Education Department. Applications must be submitted online on or before 02-02-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Degree in Malayalam or Graduation with Malayalam as one of the optional subjects under pattern II of Part III and B.Ed/BT/LT conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • A Title of Oriental Learning in Malayalam awarded by the Universities in Kerala and Certificate in Language Teachers Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Experience Required: Service as Clerk/Typist/Attender/Office Attendant in the General Education Department with not less than 5 years as on the date of application. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 a (ii) will be applicable for the post. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce relevant Government orders during verification.

General conditions from the notification
The applicant should be an approved probationer/Full member of the Kerala General Education subordinate service as on the date of application. Rules regarding reservation (Rules 14 to 17 in Part II of the KS & SSR) are not applicable to recruitment by transfer. Selection is on a revenue district basis.
