Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Health Inspector Gr II (Special Recruitment for ST only) in Health Services. Category No: 310/2018. Vacancies: 14 (Districtwise - 1 vacancy in each of the 14 districts: Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Idukki, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur, Kasaragod - ST only). Scale of Pay: 29200-62400. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from among Scheduled Tribes only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 30-01-2019 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-41. Only Candidates born between 02.01.1977 and 01.01.2000 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Note: In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit the upper age limit shall be relaxed upto 50 years. But in no case the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 (Fifty) years. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in Plus Two with Science subjects or its equivalent examination from recognised institutions. Technical Qualifications: • Diploma in Health Inspector Course (DHIC) conducted by Director of Health Services or by any other institution recognised by Government of Kerala. • Registration with Kerala Paramedical Council. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification.

Appointments are made on the basis of the rank secured in the ranked list subject to the conditions laid down in G.O.(P) No. 21/76/PD dated, 17.01.1976 and G.O.(P) No.25/94/GAD dated, 22.01.1994 allowing special reservations to Scheduled Tribes.
