Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • MBA (Finance) / Associateship of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with 7 years experience in Managerial/Supervisory cadre in Co-operative Institutions/Scheduled Banks/Government/Semi-Government Institutions/Public Limited Companies. • OR • Post Graduate Degree with not less than 50% marks from a recognized University and H.D.C./J.D.C. with 7 years experience in an Executive post in Banking/Co-operative sector/Apex Society or Apex Co-operative Bank/District Co-operative Bank in the State. Experience Required: 7 years experience in Managerial/Supervisory cadre or Executive post as specified in educational qualifications. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a) (ii) of Part II, KS&SSR is applicable.
General conditions from the notification
Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS&SSR, probation period of one year on duty within a continuous period of two years service as per KCS Rule 184.
