Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the University of Calicut. • Plus Two Part III Arabic (Optional) course of the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala. • SSLC passed with Arabic (First Language) Paper I and II or Part I and II under Kerala Government Examination Commissioner. • SSLC or equivalent examination passed with any of the following qualifications: Arabic Munshi (Higher) Examination, Arabic Munshi (Lower) Examination, Arabic Teachers Examination, Entrance Examination of Arabic conducted by Kerala or Calicut Universities. Technical Qualifications: • Pass in Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: BA Arabic & Islamic History double main degree awarded/recognized by Universities in Kerala is considered as a requisite qualification as per G.O.(Ms) No.8/19/G.Edn dated 14.01.2019. Exemption from KTET given for holders of CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D/M.Ed in the concerned subject.
