Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in Standard VII (New) or equivalent qualification Technical Qualifications: • Must possess a current valid Driving License with endorsement for driving Heavy Motor Vehicles and Tractors. • For licenses obtained after 16.01.1979, the license must have endorsement for both Heavy Goods and Heavy Passenger vehicles. Applications with only one will be rejected. Experience Required: One year experience of driving Heavy Motor Vehicles in a Government/Quasi-Government or Registered establishment. Physical Standards: Must possess medical fitness as per Motor Vehicles Act. Specific vision standards: Distant vision 6/6 Snellen, Near vision 0.5 Snellen for each eye, with full field of vision. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable.
