Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Driver Gr. II (HDV) (Ex-Servicemen only) in NCC / Sainik Welfare Department. Category No: 126/2015. Vacancies: District Wise: Scheduled Caste – Kottayam – 1 (One). Scale of Pay: 9190-15780/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste community only). Age limit

21-44. Candidates born between 02.01.1971 and 01.01.1994 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Relaxation as per General Conditions applies, provided the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Literacy in Malayalam or Tamil or Kannada Technical Qualifications: • Current Motor Driving Licence with endorsement of driving Heavy Duty Vehicle and Motor Cycle • Must possess valid Driving Licence and badge through out all the stages of selection process Experience Required: Three years experience in driving Heavy Duty vehicle either Military or Civil. Driving Licence issued after 16.01.1979 must have endorsement both for heavy Goods and heavy passenger Vehicles. Physical Standards: Medical Fitness: Hearing should be perfect. Distant vision: 6/6 Snellen, Near vision: 0.5 snellen, Colour vision: Normal, Night blindness: Nil. Muscles and joints: No paralysis and all joints must be capable of free movement. Nervous System: Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a ii of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable.
