Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Driver in Apex Societies of Co-operative Sector in Kerala. Category No: 456/2023. Vacancies: OBC - 01 (One). Scale of Pay: ₹8825-25075 /- (PR). Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Only from the eligible employees belonging to OBC Category). Applications must be submitted online on or before 29-11-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in Standard VII (New) or Equivalent Qualification. Technical Qualifications: • Must possess a Motor Driving Licence (LDV Licence) of at least three years standing and Driver's Badge. • Proficiency in driving Light Duty Vehicle (To be proved at a Practical Test). Experience Required: Must possess a Motor Driving Licence (LDV Licence) of at least three years standing. Physical Standards: Hearing should be perfect. Distant Vision: 6/6 snellen, Near Vision: 0.5 snellen, Colour Vision: Normal, Night Blindness: Nil. Muscles and Joints: No paralysis and all joints with free movements. Nervous System: Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for this selection. Qualifications recognized by executive orders or Standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, or those which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed, shall be sufficient.

Candidates must acquaint themselves with Part II General Conditions. Para 2(Excluding sub para 6), 5 and 6 of the General Conditions are not applicable to this post. Selection is subject to rules and regulations of the concern. Probation period is one year on duty within a continuous period of two years.
