Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree from a University recognized by the UGC or from National Institutes established by the Government of India or from Institutes established by the Government of Kerala, along with HDC/JDC or equivalent. • MBA in Marketing from a University recognized by the UGC or from National Institutes established by the Government of India or from Institutes established by the Government of Kerala. Experience Required: 3 years of experience in a managerial cadre in State/Central Government service, Public Sector Undertakings, Registered Private Institutions, or Co-operative Institutions. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Candidates must have 3 years of regular service in any post in a member society affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Marketing Federation Limited and must continue to be in the member society service at the time of application and appointment. Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II, KS&SSR is applicable.

General conditions from the notification
The selection is state-wide. Probation period is 2 years within a continuous service of 3 years as per KCS Rule 184. General rules 14-17 of KS&SSR regarding reservation apply. Candidates must upload service certificate and experience certificate as per the prescribed format.
