Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Ph.D / J.D or equivalent with HDC/JDC from a University recognized by UGC or from National Institutes established by Central Government or Institutes established by Kerala Government. • MBA in Marketing from a University recognized by UGC or from National Institutes established by Central Government or Institutes established by Kerala Government. Experience Required: 3 (three) years of practical experience in Managerial cadre obtained from Central/State Service, Public Sector Undertakings, Registered Private Undertakings, or Co-operative Institutions. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II, KS&SSR is applicable for this selection.
General conditions from the notification
General conditions regarding Part II of KS&SSR, probation period (2 years of service within a continuous period of 3 years from the date of joining as per Rule 184 of KCS), and other rules are applicable except those specifically exempted.
