Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Master's Degree in Business Administration or any other equivalent qualification, in Banking or Finance as the Main Subject OR M.Com recognized by Universities in the State OR M.Sc. (Co-operation and Banking) of Kerala Agricultural University. • In the absence of above qualification, Masters Degree in Business Administration or any other equivalent qualification recognized by the Universities in Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India • Membership of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India Experience Required: Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with experience of not less than 5 years in Managerial Supervisory Cadre in Kerala State Co-operative Bank/Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank/District Co-operative Bank/Nationalised Banks/Scheduled Banks/Government/Quasi Government Institutions/Public Limited Companies in Public Sector. OR Experience of not less than three years in Managerial/Supervisory Cadre in Co-operative Institutions/Scheduled Banks/Govt/Quasi Government Institutions/Public Limited Companies. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) ii of Part II of the KS&SSR is applicable. Those candidates who have claimed equivalency for qualifications should produce the Government order proving the same at the time of certificate verification.
