Age limit

18-36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2000 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Communities and Widows. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • SSLC or its equivalent Technical Qualifications: • Higher Grade Certificate in Typewriting English (KGTE) and Computer Word Processing or its equivalent • Lower Grade Certificate in Typewriting Malayalam (KGTE) or its equivalent Experience Required: Service as Clerk/Writer in the Defence Forces for 15 years will be deemed as sufficient qualification to apply for this post subject to the condition that persons so appointed will acquire the required Malayalam Typewriting qualification before completion of probation. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part-II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualifications instead of qualification mentioned in the Notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification.
General conditions from the notification
The Ranked list of selected candidates shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum of three years. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile if a test is conducted. Refer to Part II of the General Conditions for further details.
