Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Chauffeur Gr II in Tourism. Category No: 367/2021. Vacancies: District wise (Thiruvananthapuram - 02, Ernakulam - 03, Kannur - 02, Kasaragod - 01). Scale of Pay: ₹ 19,000 – 43,600/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 20-10-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible. Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation (maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Pass in SSLC or its Equivalent Qualification. Technical Qualifications: • Must possess valid Driving Licence of three years standing to drive light motor vehicle with Drivers Badge (Drivers Badge has been exempted for driving light motor vehicles from 12.10.2018). • Proficiency in Driving Light Motor Vehicles which is to be proved by a Practical Test (including 'H' Test) conducted by Kerala Public Service Commission. Physical Standards: Ear: Hearing should be perfect. Eye: Distant vision 6/6 snellen (Right & Left), Near vision 0.5 snellen (Right & Left), Colour Vision: Normal, Night blindness: Nil. Muscles and joints: No paralysis and all joints must be capable of free movement. Nervous System: Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce relevant Govt. Orders.
