Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree with 50% marks from a recognized University and Higher Diploma in Co-operation [HDC of Kerala State Co-operation Union or HDC/HDC&BM or National Council for Co-operative Training HDC & HDCM or Successfully completed Subordinate (Junior) Personnel Co-operative Training Course (Junior) Diploma in Co-operation] • B.Sc.(Co-operation & Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University • B.Com (with Co-operation) with 50% marks from a recognized University in Kerala Experience Required: Must be a regular permanent employee with not less than 3 years regular service in a Member Society (affiliated to the concerned District Co-operative Bank) of similar or higher status. The employee must continue in service not only at the time of application but also on the date of appointment. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable for equivalent qualifications.
