Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Commerce from a recognized university with Co-operation as a special subject or Post Graduate Degree in Arts • B.A/B.Sc/B.Com degree (3 years) from a recognized university • B.Sc (Co-operation and Banking) from a UGC recognized university or National level institution established by Central Government or Kerala Government Technical Qualifications: • HDC or HDCM from State Co-operative Union or National Council for Co-operative Training • Junior Diploma in Co-operation (JDC) • Diploma in Rural Services with Co-operation as an optional subject Experience Required: 3 years of regular service in any post in a Member Society affiliated to Kerafed, and must be in service at the time of application and appointment. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II, KS&SSR is applicable for this selection.

General conditions from the notification
Candidates must be employees of member societies affiliated to Kerafed. Selection is state-wide. Probation period is 2 years within a continuous service of 3 years. Reservation for differently abled candidates (3%) is applicable as per G.O(P) No.1/13/SJD dated 03.01.2013.
