Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Professor in Rasasasthra and Bhaishajyakalpana in Ayurveda Medical Education. Category No: 344/2021. Vacancies: 02 (Two). Scale of Pay: As per UGC Norms. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 20-10-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

20 – 46. Only candidates born between 02.01.1975 and 01.01.2001 (both dates are included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual relaxation to Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates. The concession in upper age limits are available subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 (Fifty) years. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A post graduate Degree in Ayurveda in the concerned subject from any of the Universities in Kerala or from any other Universities recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala. • If post-graduate holders of the subject is not available, post-graduate qualification prescribed by Central Council of Indian Medicine shall be admissible for that subject from time to time. Technical Qualifications: • Permanent 'A' class Registration with Travancore-Cochin Medical Council (Council of Indigenous Medicine) Experience Required: Not specified Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of the verification.
General conditions from the notification
Candidates must follow General Conditions in Part II of the Gazette Notification. Probation period is two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination if a test is conducted. AADHAAR card should be added as ID proof in profile.
