Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • M.Sc. Degree in Nursing from any University which is recognized by Kerala Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council. Technical Qualifications: • Permanent Registration with the Nursing Council (Those who have not registered with Kerala Nursing Council are also eligible provided they obtain registration from Kerala Nursing Council before appointment). Experience Required: The inservice candidates having at least one year's active service alone will be eligible for appointment by transfer. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part -II Rule 10(a) (ii) is applicable. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders, or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post.
