Age limit

21-49. Only candidates born between 02/01/1968 and 01/01/1996 (both dates included) are eligible. Members belonging to Scheduled Caste who had converted to Christianity after attaining adulthood and their children are eligible for age relaxation up to 50 years (born between 02.01.1967 and 01.01.1996). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • M.Ch. (Urology)/M.Ch./D.N.B (Genito Urinary Surgery)/ M.Ch. (Genito Urinary Surgery) • In their absence: M.S. (General Surgery) • In the absence of candidates with the above, for Lecturer: MBBS Degree from a recognised University Technical Qualifications: • Permanent Registration under State Medical Council (Travancore Cochin Medical Council) Experience Required: Three years Teaching Experience or such other teaching experience as prescribed by the Medical Council of India. Post Graduate study period for Medical subjects will be considered as teaching experience provided candidates have undergone Residency Programme. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii applicable. DNB qualification must be acquired from a Medical College recognised by any of the Universities in Kerala.

Candidates must serve for four years during the first ten years of service under Defence Services if required (exempted for those over 45 years). Provisional registration not accepted. Credentials must be added to profile before submission.
