Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Professor in Dermatology and Venereology in Medical Education Service. Category No: 322/2020. Vacancies: 10 (Ten). Scale of Pay: As per UGC norms. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 20-01-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

21-46. Only candidates born between 02.01.1974 and 01.01.1999 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Usual age relaxation is applicable to Other Backward Communities, Scheduled Castes, and Scheduled Tribes. In no case, the upper age limit shall exceed 50 (Fifty) years. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • MD/DNB (Dermatology & Venereology) / MD/DNB (Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy) / MD (Dermatology) / MD (Dermatology including Venereology) / MD/DNB (Venereology & Leprosy including Dermatology) Experience Required: Three years teaching experience or such other teaching experience as prescribed by the Medical Council of India. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency recognized by government orders.
General conditions from the notification
Candidates appointed shall serve in the Defence Service or on works connected with Defence in India or abroad for a period of not less than 4 years (including period of training) within the first 10 years of service. This compulsory military service is not applicable to those who have completed 45 years of age and to differently abled candidates.
