Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Part Time Junior Language Teacher (Arabic) – LPS in Education. Category No: 809/2022 – 810/2022. Vacancies: District wise: Malappuram - 1 (Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava), Malappuram - 1 (Scheduled Caste). Scale of Pay: Rs. 25,100-57,900/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from the candidates belonging to Ezhava/Tiyya/Billava and Scheduled Caste communities only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 01-02-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18 – 43 (Ezhava/Tiyya/Billava: born between 02.01.1979 and 01.01.2004); 18 – 45 (Scheduled Caste: born between 02.01.1977 and 01.01.2004). Maximum age limit shall not exceed 50 years including all relaxations. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • A Pass in Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the Calicut University. • A pass in Plus Two, Part III Arabic (optional) course conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examinations, Kerala. • A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala with Arabic under Part I and II first Language. • A pass in SSLC examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent; and any one of the following: A Pass in Arabic Munshi Examination (Higher/Lower), A Pass in Arabic Teachers Examination, or A pass in Arabic Entrance Examination of the Kerala/Calicut Universities. • BA Arabic & Islamic History double main degree awarded or recognised by Universities in Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET-IV) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of part II KS & SSR is applicable. Exemptions for KTET apply for candidates with CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D/M.Ed as per specified G.O.s.
