Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of L.D Typist / Clerk Typist / Typist Clerk (Ex-Servicemen only) in NCC / Sainik Welfare. Category No: 802/2022 - 803/2022. Vacancies: Districtwise (Palakkad: 01 for SC under Cat. No. 802/2022, Alappuzha: 01 for LC/AI under Cat. No. 803/2022). Scale of Pay: ₹ 26500-60700/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from among Ex-Servicemen belonging to Scheduled Caste and LC/AI communities only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 01-02-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Scheduled Caste: 18-41 (Candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2004). LC/AI: 18-39 (Candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2004). Upper age limit shall not exceed 50 years including all concessions. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in SSLC or equivalent qualification. Technical Qualifications: • Lower Grade Certificate in Malayalam Typewriting (KGTE) or its equivalent. • Lower Grade Certificate in English Typewriting (KGTE) and Computer Word Processing or equivalent qualification. (Certificates from IMC are not accepted). • Those who have passed KGTE English Typewriting Lower before January 2002 should acquire Computer Word Processing or equivalent qualification before the last date for receipt of application. Experience Required: None specified directly as separate work experience, but concessions exist for those with 15 years of clerical/writer service in defense forces. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable. Government/Agency/Society/University courses of not less than 3 months duration in Computer Word Processing are considered equivalent to KGTE Computer Word Processing.
