Educational Qualifications: • DM/DNB/DrNB in Nephrology Technical Qualifications: • Basic Course in Biomedical Research from a recognized medical institution designated by the National Medical Commission • Permanent Registration under Kerala State Medical Council (TCMC) / Council for Modern Medicine Experience Required: Not specified Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Qualifications are as per NMC Regulations 2025, Medical Institutions (Qualifications of faculty) Regulations, 2025 dated 30-06-2025.

General conditions from the notification
As per Part II of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the exam if a test is conducted. Compulsory military service of 4 years during the first 10 years of service is applicable, with exemptions for differently abled and those over 45 years of age.
