Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Pass in standard VII or equivalent qualification Technical Qualifications: • Must possess current motor driving licence to drive LMV and HMV with Drivers Badge. • HMV Driving License shall be of at least 3 years standing. • In the case of driving license issued after 16.01.1979, separate endorsement to drive Heavy duty goods vehicles and Heavy duty passenger vehicles is required. Experience Required: Not specified, but HMV license must have at least 3 years standing. Physical Standards: Must be medically fit. Ear: Hearing should be perfect. Eye Sight: Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen (Right & Left), Near Vision 0.5 Snellen (Right & Left). Colour Vision: Normal. Night blindness: Nil. Muscles and joints: No paralysis and all joints with free movements. Nervous System: Perfectly normal, free from any infectious diseases. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable for this post.
