Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Plumber/Plumber-Cum-Operator in Insurance Medical Services. Category No: 783/2025. Vacancies: District-wise (Kannur: 01). Scale of Pay: ₹ 24400-55200/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 04-02-2026 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-36. Only Candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual age relaxation to candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in Standard VII or its equivalent. Technical Qualifications: • I.T.I. Trade certificate in the trade of Plumber or equivalent. • Five years practical experience in Plumbing in any recognised/ approved Engineering Firm. • In the absence of item above, Work Establishment Service as Plumber in Water Works for not less than 5 years. Experience Required: Five years practical experience in Plumbing in any recognised/ approved Engineering Firm or Work Establishment Service as Plumber in Water Works for not less than 5 years. Physical Standards: In view of the arduous and special nature of the duties and responsibilities attached to the post, only male candidates will be eligible for appointment to the post. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) ii of K.S.&S.S.R. Part II is applicable for selection to this post.
