Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Mechanic in Agriculture Development and Farmers Welfare. Category No: 778/2025. Vacancies: District wise (Alappuzha - 02, Palakkad - 02, Kozhikode - 02, Kasaragod - 01). Scale of Pay: ₹ 25,100 - 57,900/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Age limit

19-36. Candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included) are eligible. Usual age relaxation is applicable to Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates, subject to a maximum limit of 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Technical Qualifications: • National Trade Certificate in any one of the following trades: a) Mechanic (Tractor), b) Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), c) Mechanic (Diesel), d) Fitter • Practical experience of not less than one year in the trade acquired after the acquisition of the ITI trade certificate. Experience Required: Practical experience of not less than one year in the trade, acquired after acquiring the ITI trade certificate. Proficiency will be assessed via a practical test. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable. Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced when required.
