Age limit

18-43. Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava, LC/AI, Viswakarma candidates born between 02.01.1979 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included). SC candidates born between 02.01.1977 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the University of Calicut. • Plus Two Part III Arabic (Optional) course conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala. • A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala with Arabic as First Language (First Paper and Second Paper). • A pass in SSLC Examination equivalent thereto. Technical Qualifications: • Arabic Munshi (Higher) Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Arabic Munshi (Lower) Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Arabic Teachers Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Entrance Examination to Arabic conducted by the Universities of Kerala or Calicut. • KTET Category IV pass Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. BA Arabic & Islamic History double main degree recognized by Universities in Kerala is accepted.
