Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Security Guard / Security Guard Gr.II / Watcher Gr.II in Various Government Companies / Boards / Corporations. Category No: 745/2022. Vacancies: Scheduled Tribe - 1 (One). Scale of Pay: As per the pay scale fixed by the respective Companies / Boards / Corporations. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment from Ex-Servicemen belonging to Scheduled Tribe (ST) only. (In the absence of ST candidates, applications of SC Ex-Servicemen will be considered).. Applications must be submitted online on or before 01-02-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18 - 50. Only candidates born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. (Including relaxations as per paragraph 2 of the General Conditions). Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in Standard VII (New) or equivalent examination. Technical Qualifications: • Must know Cycling. Experience Required: Not less than 3 years service in Army / Navy / Air Force. Physical Standards: Height: 168 cm. Chest: Normal - 81 cm with a minimum expansion of 5 cm. (Women and Physically Handicapped candidates are not eligible to apply for this post). Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable.

Method of appointment

Direct Recruitment from Ex-Servicemen belonging to Scheduled Tribe (ST) only. (In the absence of ST candidates, applications of SC Ex-Servicemen will be considered).

General conditions from the notification

The rules and regulations regarding probation and special rules of the respective companies/boards/corporations are applicable. General conditions in Part II of KS&SSR (except paras 2, 5a, 6, 7) are not applicable.
