Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Librarian Grade IV and Cultural Assistant in Local Self Government. Category No: 742/2024. Scale of Pay: ₹ 31100- 66800/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 29-01-2025 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-36. Only Candidates born between 02.01.1988 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual age relaxation to candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Max upper age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • S.S.L.C. or its equivalent • Degree in Library and Information Science Technical Qualifications: • Certificate in Library Science recognized by the Government • Diploma in Library Science Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of KS&SSR Part II is applicable. Equivalency/higher qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government are accepted.
