Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Commerce or Degree from a recognized University with Co-operation as a special subject • OR • Degree in BA/B.Sc/B.Com (3 years) from a recognized University AND HDC or equivalent qualification (HDC of Kerala State Co-operative Union, HDC/HDCM of National Council for Co-operative Training, or JDC) • OR • B.Sc (Co-operation and Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University Technical Qualifications: • Certificate in Computer Application/Data Entry Operation from a Government or Government-recognized institution Experience Required: Must have not less than 3 years of regular service in any post in a Member Society affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Coir Marketing Federation Limited and must be in service at the time of application and appointment. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency orders must be produced at the time of certificate verification.

General conditions from the notification
Candidates must be regular employees of member societies. Selection is state-wide. Probation period is one year within a continuous service of two years as per KCS Rule 184. Reservation rules 14-17 of KS&SSR 1958 apply. Confirmation for exam is mandatory.
