Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the University of Calicut. • Plus Two Part III Arabic (Optional) course conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala. • SSLC Examination of the Kerala Government with Arabic as First Language (Paper I and Paper II) and passed. • Pass in SSLC Examination equivalent or higher and any of the following qualifications: 1) Arabic Munshi (Higher) Examination, 2) Arabic Munshi (Lower) Examination, 3) Arabic Teachers Examination, 4) Admission Examination conducted by Kerala or Calicut Universities. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET-Cat IV) for this post. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.
