Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the University of Calicut. • OR Plus Two Part III Arabic (Optional) course of the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala. • OR SSLC with Arabic as First Language (Paper I and II) of the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • OR SSLC or its equivalent and any of the following qualifications: 1. Arabic Munshi (Higher) Examination 2. Arabic Munshi (Lower) Examination 3. Arabic Teachers Examination 4. Examination for Admission to Arabic Entrance course of the Kerala or Calicut University. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET-IV) for this post. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency orders should be produced if required.
